Legions across Canada are having a hard time finding people to volunteer to sell poppies and are struggling to understand the reason’s why. Vice President Gerry Vowles of Grandview ~ Collingwood Legion Branch 179 explains to reporter Tom Walsh why he thinks people are just not interested in this annual campaign to support veterans and family’s.

Every Legion member has sworn an oath to help out for the annual Poppy Campaign’s yet they seem not to care leaving the bulk of the work to the same dedicated volunteers that step up each and every year.Tom Walsh of City News discover’s what’s behind the shortfall.
